A+ Awards 是由全球最大的建築媒體 Architizer 主辦，華爾街日報、USA Today等國際知名媒體聯合協辦的全球最具影響力的建築類獎項之一。Architizer每年度頒發一次A+Awards大獎，它引領瞭全球建築潮流，主要表彰全球最佳建築項目和建築師，也被譽為“建築界的奧斯卡獎”。
2019年的A+Awards，83個參賽類別、415個入圍項目中，中國入圍項目有75個，占比18.1%。最終，中國的25個建築一共攬獲28項大獎（包括9個專業評審獎，19個大眾評審獎），其中一些項目更是同時獲得專業及大眾評審獎兩項殊榮。

設計師並未選擇在兩座屋頂之間增加突兀矩形結構，而是使它們向高處伸展直至交匯，最終形成一個公共庭院。這種介入方式不僅構建瞭一個新的樓層，還為建築賦予瞭一個具有凝聚力的中央區域。
兩座建築的人字形屋頂從內側擴展並相交
如緞帶般起伏的新屋頂由20個鋼制單元構成，並通過螺栓固定在四個桁架結構上，末端仍然由立柱進行支撐。
