第三句:寫信背景

You have asked me for my advice with regard to how to do sth.

【中文翻譯】你問我有關如何做某事的建議。

第四句：寫信目的

I`m willing to offer you some constructive suggestions here.

【中文翻譯】我樂意給你提供一些建設性的建議。

第二段

第一句：分析原因；The reason why 結果 is that 原因 .

【中文翻譯】之所以……是因為……。

Eg:The reason why you fail to learn Chinese well is that you lack the opportunity to speak Chinese.

【中文翻譯】之所以你的中文說的不好是因為你缺少說中文的機會。

第二句：建議一；

First and foremost,there is no doubt that you should do sth.

【中文翻譯】首先，毫無疑問你應該做某事。

第三句：建議二；

Additionally,there is no denying that you are supposed to do sth.

【中文翻譯】其次，不可否認的是你應該做某事。

第四句：建議三；

Last but not least,it is high time that you did sth.

【中文翻譯】最後，你是時候該做某事瞭。

第五句：總結；

Only in these ways can the problems be solved completely.

【中文翻譯】隻有用這些方法(你的)問題才能完全被解決。

第三段

第一句：希望采納；
